In the population and the industrial structure change and in the rural labor force shift process, the secondary vocational school raises primary worker for the new product industry, there are extremely important guarantee and consolidated function to the town. Simultaneously the urbanization causes careers change rapidly, which sets new request for the secondary vocational school's scale of study programs, the teaching goal and the teaching quality and the teachers team's construction. These research achievements may provide a reference for the education administration department and other secondary vocational schools.
