Excellent primary school teachers are the backbone of the basic education teacher team,the explorer and demonstrator of teaching and educating people,and the important transmitter and inheritor of our national spiritual culture.Excellent primary school teachers play an irreplaceable role in the construction of high-quality teachers in basic education and in the happy growth of students’ lives.The purpose of studying relevant issues such as the professional growth of excellent primary school teachers is to explore the internal logic of the professional growth of excellent primary school teachers,as well as why and why excellent primary school teachers are outstanding.Based on the construction of high-quality teachers in basic education,this article takes the professional growth of two outstanding primary school teachers who are typical,representative,and unique as examples,adopts methods such as observation,interviews,and physical analysis,and draws on educational phenomenology theory,teacher professional development stage theory,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,and lifelong learning theory,The professional growth of excellent primary school teachers has been thoroughly and meticulously studied from two aspects: the professional quality of "never tire of learning" and the moral quality of "never tire of teaching".Therefore,this study has important practical significance and value.At first,the author conducted preliminary interviews with all the teachers who obtained senior professional and technical titles in the two schools to identify outstanding primary school teachers with both the professional quality of "learning without tiredness" and the moral quality of "teaching without tiredness".Through further interviews,the author identified two excellent primary school teachers as the research objects of this article.Then comprehensive use of interviews,observation,physical analysis,and other methods to conduct in-depth and detailed research on the two research objects.In the past,when scholars analyzed the case of excellent primary school teachers,they often divided the professional development process of excellent primary school teachers into stages based on the theory of teacher professional development stages.This article draws on the theory of educational phenomenology,follows the attitude and method of "returning to reality itself",and draws on the article paradigm presented by Mr.Li Jinyu after an exclusive interview with Mr.Yu Yi,the people’s educator,on the topic of "Several practical problems in teacher development and their solutions".When analyzing a case,the author first "suspends" the existing scientific theories,and then uses interviews,narratives,and question discussions to restore the educational phenomenology of the professional growth of excellent primary school teachers.It aims to bring readers more educational insights by presenting complete phenomena.Through research,it is found that the reason why excellent primary school teachers are excellent should be analyzed from two dimensions:internal factors and external factors.Among the individual internal factors that affect their professional growth,the first is that excellent primary school teachers have the heart of awe of educators.They fear their professional identity,the lives of students,and the value and significance of their own life existence;Secondly,excellent primary school teachers possess the narrative skills of educators,constantly constructing a grand pattern through self explanation and reflection;Third,excellent primary school teachers have the skill of building habits.From the perspective of individual external factors that affect their professional growth,excellent primary school teachers have encountered key individuals from whom they can obtain professional guidance or spiritual encouragement;Having experienced key events can bring shock and transformation directly into the soul;The growth environment contains a good school culture,thereby conserving one’s own spiritual life.Finally,from the perspective of high-quality teacher team construction,the author provides suggestions for the professional growth of the majority of primary school teachers: strive to be a teacher of virtue;Strive to be a teacher of high learning;Jointly build the goodness of school culture and care for the growth of spiritual life.
