As long as the intensification of competition, modern enterprises have put more attentions on human resources. As the representative of competitive power of enterprises, knowledgeable worker has become the significant weight of realize enterprise development and value. However, facing demands from job and family, they are suffering from work family conflict. Therefore, this paper focus on them so as to look into status of their work family conflict, job stress and social support, explore the relationship among job stress, social support and work family conflict, find the moderating effects social support plays in job stress affecting work family conflict and find out the sex difference in cognition of job stress, social support and work family conflict.Inviting 865 knowledgeable workers as participants, using ANOVA, correlation analysis, hierarchical multiple regression analysis and CFA, this paper comes to following conclusions:(1) Knowledgeable workers cognizes high work-family conflict and medium family-work conflict; as for job stress, role ambiguity influenced them most with lack of resources follows; in term of social support, they received more objective support, less subjective support.(2) Job stress is positive related to work family conflict whereas social support is negative related to work family conflict.(3) Social support plays the moderating effect on job stress and work family conflict, can reduce negative effects that job stress and work family brought.(4) In term of knowledgeable workers' cognition of work family conflict, male felt more family-work conflict than female; however, there showed no obvious sex difference on work-family conflict.(5) It is easy for female to cognize the moderating effects that social support plays on reducing work family conflict, but no difference exists in job stress affecting work family conflict.Finally, based on above conclusions, this paper put forward further research suggestions according to limitations of this research.
