| Prescription Teaching utilizes the advantage of overall teaching function and high level of participation and being good at thinking in physical education, whose teaching procedure displays overall, concrete, clear and adequate merits and helps improve students'physical health. The introduction of prescription in teaching makes up for the lack of teaching patterns, while according to different students the contents, methodologies are variable and close to life, which can stimulate the students'potential and interest. This paper analyzes the experiments concerning prescription studies in college physical education and extracurricular physical activities as well as a test on college students'exercise ability, shape state, cardiac and lung function and psychological health utilizing prescription teaching and routine teaching in order to explore the difference between the two mentioned above, providing the basis for reformation of college physical education and exercise theoretically and practically.The results show: Applying prescription teaching in physical education can improve students'exercise ability, shape their figure, strengthen their cardiac and lung function with an improvement of health. Prescription teaching does good to students'exercise skills, strengthen students'physical state, improve students physically and mentally. Meanwhile, it can stimulate students'individuality, foster their interest, bring up their habit of engaging in physical exercise regularly with a result of fostering the reform of physical education on the college level. |
