In this paper I try to answer the fundamental tasks, the unique functions and the functions of the internal causes of the family education, then I put forward the concept of the ethical growing system, so that people can value the effect of the family educational environment, elaborate the positive effect of the family education to the thoughts and ethical education in the school to the most degree, and decline its negative effect.
