Research On Psychological Condition Of Land-Expropriated Farmers In Suburb Districts, Nanning City

In the process of urbanization, land acquisition issue in suburb district is quiteobvious, which has greatly changed the work and lifestyle of the land-expropriatedfarmers. The factors including government's nonstandard land acquisition behavior, socialsecurity for the land-expropriated farmers and imperfect social support mechanism bringthem with some mental unsuitable problems. Related research on the land-expropriatedfarmer has been the focus in the academia and the practical work departments.This paper is divided into 5 chapters. Chapter One is the design part, specificallyincluding research background, the goal and significance, the domestic and foreignresearch tendency, research thought, research method and main innovation and so on.Chapter Two introduces with emphasis the condition of the surveying region and thesample analysis. Chapter Three is data and analysis part, which makes an investigationand diagnosis on psychology status of the farmers from Pingyang village from aspects oftheir opinions on government's land acquisition behavior, present work and livingcondition as well as the related rights and interests security. Based on investigation data,Chapter Four proposes main countermeasure to improve the land-expropriated farmers'psychology condition in Nanning suburb district. Chapter Five, on the basis of qualitativeand quantitative analysis, concludes that "Land acquisition is some kind of deprivation forthe land-expropriated farmers", "The limitation of land acquisition initiates theland-expropriated farmers' trust crisis to some extent", "Land acquisition behavior resultsin aberrance of the local flavor to some extent" and so on, and moreover, it indicates thequestions needing further study.The innovation of this research is mainly shown as follows: Using questionnairesurvey and interview methods to investigate the land-expropriated farmers' psychologycondition in Pingyang village, Nahong town, Chiangnan district, Nanning. Theland-expropriated farmers' satisfaction on compensation of land acquisition, satisfactionon the government behavior, opinion on compensating way, the work and lifepsychological condition after land-expropriated, investigation and analysis onpsychological condition based on realistic demand and so on aspects are the author'soriginal research.
