Purpose: Discussing the protective function and possible mechanism ofthe aerobics, Trifolium Pretense L and Formononetin xanthate when they are harminglipide kidney.Methods: Selecting 70 three-month-age rats (which are provided by Xi'an JiaotongUniversity Medical school animal administrative center), the body weight 220±20g.dividing the test rats into 7 groups randomly, each group has 10 rats: the first group ispeace-comparison-group; the second group is pinguid-comparison-group; the thirdgroup is pinguid-and-aerobics-group; the fourth group is pinguid-and-Formononetinxanthate-group;the fifth group is pinguid-and-Formononetin xanthate-and-aerobics-group; the sixth group is pinguid-and-Trifolium Pretense L-group; and the seventhgroup is pinguid-and-Trifolium Pretense L-and-aerobics-group. Giving the peace-comparison-group basic feedingstuff, drinking freely; feeding the other six groups withpinguid feedingstuff which contain 2% cholesterin, 10% lard and 0.5% cholic acidsodium. Four weeks after that, building up pinguid model. From the fifth week, thesports burthen of aerobics-group and medicament-and-aerobics-group is 5 days perweek. The step-up speed is 3m/min, its time is 5 minutes. The step-up course willcontinue 60 minutes till the speed reach 20m/min,keep this movement intensity.Thetraining course will last four weeks. Basing on pinguid feedingstuff, filling 13.5mgfeedingstuff per day into the stomach for the Formononetin xanthate-group andFormononetin xanthate-and-aerobics-group rats, and 400mg feedingstuff per day forTrifolium Pretense L-group and Trifolium Pretense L-and-aerobics-group rats. For thepeace-comparison-group, instead of brine with 2ml per day once. Formononetin xanthate and Trifolium Pretense L belong to the flavonoidcompound, have certain function to fall the blood fats, can reduce the rats kidney tissueshape structure change which the hyperlipemia creates, and can suppress the kidney tissue to damage in the process some inflammation factor, the cell growth factor release.Among them, in suppressing the expression of kidney tissue cell factor VEGF, TGF-β, CTGF, NF-κB and a-SMA, Feeding-Trifolium Pretense L-group effect significancesurpasses the Feeding-Formononetin xanthate-group(P<0.01), but the Formononetinxanthate-group rats suppress kidney tissue cell perishes the effect to surpass theTrifolium Pretense L-group weakly, two groups in suppressing the expression of kidneytissue cell factor ICAM, VCAM, MCP-1, OPN, Desmin and vimentin don't havethe significance difference.3.
