Purpose: Observe the Remodeling of movement to the high fat dietrats' Intermyocardial Collagen Network and discuss the Mechanism.Method: Author used 50 male SD rats in 3 months age (provided by Xi'anJiaoTong University Medical school animal administrative center) and the weight were220±20g. Then divided them into 7 groups stochastically: the normal control group (Agroup), the aerobic training group (B group), the fatigue movement group (C group), thehigh fat control group (D group), the high fat with movement group (E group). A, B andC groups used the national standards rodent animal' s dry feed, while D, E, F and Ggroups used the high fat feed. During the experimental period all rats had free diet in thefeeding room with 17℃-23℃temperature and 40%-60%humidity. The test startedafter the adaptability feed for a week and the movement training was in the way thatincreasing run intensity on the running platform. The initial velocity was 15m/min andthe time was 20 minutes. The physiological load of exercise referred to Bedford' sresearch. Starts the speed is 15m/min. A and D groups did not attend the training.Aerobic training was 5 days each week. The speed increased by degrees was 3m/minand the time was 5 minutes. The max speed was 20m/min. Time runs slope for 60minutes, for 5°. Fatigue training was 6 days a week. The increasing speed was 3m/minand the time was 5 minutes. The max speed was 35m/min. Time runs slope for 60±10minutes, for 10°.The entire training process continued 8 weeks, which used electricalstimulation to force the rats to run (electricity<1mA). E group did not attend thetraining until the 5th week with aerobic training. The physiological load of exercise was5 days each week. The increasing speed was 3m/min and the time was 5 minutes. Themax speed was 20m/min and the max time was 60 minutes. All the training processcontinued for 4 weeks and finished in the 8th week. Then the author selected theexperimental samplings separately, including the Heart function testing, the blood, thelight microscope, the electron microscope and the immunohistochemistry specimen.Result:1. Movement has produced effect to rat heart function. The aerobic training madethe HR,LVEDP drop, LVSP,±dp/dtmax和±d~2p/dt~2max rise, indicate the heart contracting an ability strengthening. The fatigue training made the HR,LVEDP rise,LVSP,±dp/dtmax和±d~2p/dt~2 max drop, indicate the heart contracting an ability comingdown. The Hyperlipidemia made the HR,LVEDP Rise by a wide margin, LVSP,±dp/dtmax and±d~2p/dt~2 max notable lessening, the contraction ability indicating theheart accepts effect. The high fat with movement made HR drop, LVSP,±dp/dtmaxincrease,±d~2p/dt~2 max Increase by obviously. Indicate the heart function strengthening.2.
