1.Objective:The key point of this paper is about the effect of exercise on free radical metabolism and antioxidant of mice's kidney.The author hope we could know more about the mechanism of the positive or negative influence on organism induced exercise,and expect this article could offer more theoretical basis for fitness for all.2.Method:Divide 112 male rats into four groups:quiet group(C),small intensity group(T1), middly group at random(T2),big intensity group(T3). all rats were raised by feed and pure water. Apart from quiet group,the others were asked to run the same distance at different intensity during eight weeks.Aftef nine weeks,measure the content of MDAin kidney, the activity of SOD , GPX, GR, GSH, CAT and the total antioxidant ability in rest,at the immediate ends of fixed load and maximum load, at the moment of the 24 hours' comeback of maxium load. 3.Result:3.1 In rest,MDA:Tl , T2 is much lower than C;T3is much lower than C, T1 and T2.SOD:C is much lower than T1 , T2 and T3;but there aren't obvious change among TK T2 and T3.CAT: T2, T3 is much higher than C;T1 is higher than C. GPX, GR: C is much lower than Tl , T2 and T3; but there aren't obvious change among TK T2 and T3.GSH:Cis much lower than T1 , T2 and T3; T3 is much higherthanTl and T2.The total antioxidant ability: C is lower than Tl and T2; T3 is much higher than C; but there aren't obvious change among Tl , T2 and T3.3.2 In the immediate end of fixed load, MDA:T1 , T2 and T3 are much lower than C;T3 is lower than Tl and T2.SOD: C is much lower than T1 , T2 and T3;but there aren't obvious change among T1, T2 and T3. GSH:Cis much lower than Tl, T2 and T3; T3 is much higher than T1 and T2.The total antixidant ability: C is lower than T1and T2 ; T3 is much higher thanC.3.5 The times of maximum load to be compared among the different groups, Tl, T2 is higher than C;T3 is much higher than C;T3 is higher than Tl and T2. 4.Conclusion:4.1 MDA in the four states can be decreased by exercise, furthermore,the big intensity is the most obvious,there aren't obvious change between the middle intensity ang the small intensity.4.2 Exercise can increase the activity of GPX, GR, SOD and CAT and the total antioxidant ability in the four states.4.3 Exercise can increase GSH content in rest obviously,the big intensity is the most obvious, there aren't obvious change between the middle intensity ang the small intensity.4.4 Exercise can delay the time of maximum load, the time of the big intensity group is much longer than the other groups, but the time of the middle intensity group is...
