| Human resources are the primary resources, the party and the state care and attention to the problem of talent, many domestic and foreign experts and scholars had deeply researched high-level talents'training, evaluation, the use of mobile, to inspire, to attract, strategies for the implementation. However, the research of the high-level talents'values and their subject well-being relatively rare, few studies literature on the domestic, and the relationship research between values and subject well-being have lagged behind the Western nations. This study compiled high reliability and validity of the "high-level talents'values questionnaire" in light of high-level talents'actual conditions, and applied "high-level talents'SWB questionnaire" to investigate 800 college teachers, civil servants, Medical staff and the staff of enterprises to explore the relations between high-level talents'values with SWB.Conclusions of the study are as follows:â‘ The scores of high-level talents in family value's goal orientation is the highest but it is the lowest in interpersonal social value's orientation; the scores of high-level talents in social and life value's collective orientation is significantly higher than the non-high-level talents, but it is significantly lower in the means orientation; the scores of female high-level talents in interpersonal value sub-questionnaire is significantly higher than the male ones'; there are significant differences between interpersonal value's mental orientation and life value's cooperative orientation; there are significant independent main effects among different education level high-level talents in work value's psychological orientation factors.â‘¡The scores in subject well-being factors of high-level talents are on the lower-middle-level, and on the highest level in the family satisfaction factors, but in the negative emotion factors are on the lowest level; the job satisfaction, health and leisure satisfaction of high-level talents are markedly lower than the non-high-level talents, but it is significantly higher in the negative emotion factors; the scores of male high-level talents are markedly lower than the female ones in job satisfaction an living residential satisfaction, there are significantly differences of different ages of high-level talents in job satisfaction, residential satisfaction ,general satisfaction ,positive satisfaction, negative satisfaction and the total score; different occupational high-level talents are markedly different in health and leisure satisfaction, general satisfaction and general subject well-being scores; the independent main effect of age factor is significant in the residential satisfaction, the interaction effect between age and educational level significantly influences the positive emotion factors of high-level talents, and the interaction effect of age and occupation significantly influences the negative emotion factors.â‘¢Generally speaking, various factors of value are related to the specific dimensions of subject well-being; work value's material orientation and social orientation have too significantly regression effects to job satisfaction of subjects well-being, work value's psychological orientation has the very significant regression effects to positive emotion, family value's foal orientation shows very significant regression effects to residential satisfaction and positive emotion, and interpersonal value's psychological orientation has significant regression effects to residential satisfaction and subject well-being's score, interpersonal value's social orientation shows significant regression effects to health and leisure satisfaction, and life value's self-struggle orientation has comparable significant regression effects to interpersonal satisfaction. |
