A Study On The Values Of High-level Talents Of Overseas Returnees In Colleges And Universities

In recent years,with the rapid enhancement of China’s economic strength and the continuous optimization of talent policy,more and more overseas high-level talents return to develop.As a high-level member of our country’s overall talent team,they are not only the important support to practice the strategy of talent power and rejuvenating the country through science and education,but also the important force for colleges and universities to realize the basic functions of talent training,scientific research,social service,cultural inheritance and innovation,and international exchange and cooperation.As an important bearer of science and technology innovation in China,colleges and universities attract a large number of overseas high-level talents to join.The multi-polarization of the world,economic globalization,cultural diversity,the in-depth development of social informatization,the collision and blending of multiple thoughts of thought have had a profound impact on people’s values and ways of thinking.Due to the influence of foreign ideology for a long time,some high-level talents of overseas returnees have not adapted to the domestic working environment for a period of time,and have produced certain deviations in value pursuit,mode of thinking,mode of behavior,interpersonal communication and so on.Therefore,it is very important and urgent to establish a theoretical framework for the study of the high-level human values of overseas returnees in colleges and universities,to analyze the problems existing in the high-level human values of overseas returnees in colleges and universities,and to put forward systematic countermeasures.On the basis of literature analysis,empirical research,in-depth interviews and other methods,this paper analyzes the current situation of high-level talent values of overseas returnees in colleges and universities based on Marxist historical materialism,epistemology,the theory of value of all-round development of human beings,Xi Jinping’s thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,Maslow’s need level and behavior motivation.It is found that the overall development direction of the high-level talents values of overseas returnees in colleges and universities is positive and positive.The vast majority of the high-level talents of overseas returnees have patriotic feelings to serve the motherland,have the courage to fight for the cause of personality,indifferent to fame and wealth dedication,scientific attitude of seeking truth from facts,team consciousness of cooperation and innovation,uphold Virtue and promote goodness and other positive values.However,there are some negative value tendencies,such as lack of firm ideals and beliefs,gradual dilution of political pursuit,different knowledge and practice,strong personal consciousness,obvious pragmatism and lack of responsibility consciousness.These problems not only come from the adverse effects of economic globalization,the negative effects caused by bad social atmosphere and other macro background,but also have the influence of micro factors such as misunderstanding in the management work of colleges and universities,the role of bastion of grass-roots party organizations is not prominent,the adaptation period of overseas returnees to the domestic environment,and the effect of cultivating values is not ideal.Therefore,the author puts forward the principle of cultivating the values of Marxism "unitization","people-oriented","combination of individuality and commonality,unity of dominance and inclusiveness,and unity of global and national character.From the aspects of giving full play to the leading role of grass-roots party organizations,grasping the core elements of value cultivation,innovating the ways and means of value cultivation,optimizing the social environment of value cultivation and stimulating the learning motive force of self-education,we can help high-level talents of overseas returnees in colleges and universities to set up correct values and guide them to realize their value and self-achievement in the course of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation "Chinese Dream".
