| This research adopts SCL-90 to test altogether 175 special education teachers from 4 schools in order to probe into special education teacher's psychological health level. The purpose of the study is to probe into it from different angles separately, expecting to get a better overall understanding of the special education teachers'psychological health level, investigating the special education teachers'psychological health more deeply, and further probing into the main factors of the objective respect of influencing the special education teachers'psychological health.The result shows: the psychological health level of special education teacher is lower than the national adult's normal mode, and the body, forcing, depression are the main psychological problems of special education teachers. The psychological health level of the middle-school special education teachers is higher than that of the high-school special education teachers; and the psychological health level of the special education teachers with ordinary education is higher than that of the well-educated special education teacher. The male special education teachers' psychological health level is higher than that of the female special education teachers. Special education teacher's psychological health level does not have prominent difference in age. |
