With the booming development of the network education and the continuous progress of the technique about the network courses in our country. Flow out a lot of network courses of high quantity, which promoted the network teaching develop biggest. But, we also need to be aware of the problem still exist in the ground awakely. A lot of network course's utilization rates are very low, the study aggressive of the learner is not high, and a lot of courses lack the guide are little use for the learners do not have the consciousness of the independent study and ability to complete the education. So what should be still noticed while carry on the design of the network courses ?The author's standpoint is the study of the independent network studies still need to be completed by the learner themselves in the end. So the design should provide the service for the independent learners.Follow behind the analysis of the general situation of the current network studies and the network course , put forward the problem, the network course are not good enough for the learners to carry on the independent study.Then after the research to the independent study and the study process and the learners'characteristics in the network environment put forward some points in the chapter 3.The first part of chapter is about various technique for the courses'design. There are 4 points about the design in chapter 3.The guidance before learning should be full and humanization. The resource should be not only abundant but also clear and logical. About the support service item, in the foundation of abundance, put great emphasis on the constitution to develop the learner independence consciousness and the ego effect feeling is very important. All the 4 points are on basis of the analysis of some real network courses, which is from actual. Chapter 4 is mainly about the further research directions and the shortage of the article.
