Content: Making nine-year education universal is the base of improving the whole national people's quality and the great measure related to the rise and fall of the country. It's well known that the emphasis and difficulty of compulsory education exzist in most developing countries. As the deep development of education reform and market-oriented economy, great progress has been made in our country, but the phenomenon of students'dropout is lingering on to some degree, especially in some poor and remote areas. Students'dropout seriously affects the consolidation and improvement of compulsory education.Based on the description of the related concepts and current situation of dropout in our country ,the paper probes into the reasons for dropout from four aspects as follows: family factors, school factors, social and personal factors. The auther suggests that some valid measures be taken to prevent Junior students from dropping out of school. Macroscopicly, the government should impose law on improving the investment to compulsory education, adjust educational structure ,reasonably distribute and use educational resources to push fair education. Also, we should realize the importance of construction of economy and culture in countryside .Microcosmicly, we should lay great emphasis on womens'education. The scientific theoretical research on family should be strengthened. School education should be enhanced. Finally, family education, school education and social education should run harmoniously to prevent and deal with the problem of countryside Junior middle school students'dropout.
