As "the first sporting", soccer reflects the politics, economy and society, which goes beyond the influence of physical activity. The social force and city representation make soccer a core factor in the construction of social culture.The research of soccer theory begins with the expanding of football practice, which is objectively influenced by the success and environment. Now in china for soccer theory researching,the comparison of Japan and South Korean becomes the hot topic in Asia among the football development all over the world. these papers are to analyze the developing condition of the soccer strong power country in eastern Asia by comparing three professional football league and national team from China, Japan and South Korean, which is hoping to be referred to China soccer. A well-developed regional soccer is good for the whole condition all through the country.
