In today of knowledge age and valuing educated person, with the educationto the people being more and more value, the parents pay much attention to theirchildren's study. For the most of parents, entering university and acceptinghigh education is vital to their children's becoming talent and lifedevelopment; for the most of students, it is a big objective and dreaming ofthat. This makes the value to the study in high school stage for the teachers, students and the parents particularly outstand. Actually, studying well or badin high school stage influence directly whether the students can enteruniversity and accept high education. However, studying well or bad to a largeextent is determined by students' learning effectiveness during their studyingprocess. It is very difficult for the students to obtain a satisfactory effectif the learning effectiveness lacks of guarantee, and results of study alsocan't make students satisfactory. So, learning effectiveness is much importantto students' study. This requests students pay more attention to learningeffectiveness and manage to improve it meanwhile they study. Because high orlow learning efficiency and good or bad learning effect will to a large extentaffect the success or failure of students' study, the investigations andresearches of learning effectiveness appear fast. This paper focuses on the influences of the use and allocate of time relevantto the students' study to their learning effectiveness. In the paper, the timerelevant to the students' study will be divided by class learning time,non-class learning time, allocate of class learning time, lesson length, teaching time and allocate of teaching time. Then the paper analyzes theinfluence of the whole learning time to the learning effectiveness from the abovesix dimensions. After investigating and analyzing the data, we find that thereare following influences of students' learning time to their learningeffectiveness:1. class learning time:(1)Students' class learning time is so long that will make the students'learning effectiveness low;(2)There is active effect on obtaining good learning effect and enhancing learning efficiency to the students if proper class learning time is reduced.2. non-class learning time:(1)It doesn't appear universally that the students' learningeffectiveness becomes low because the non-class learning time is too long;(2)Looking at the whole learning time of students(non-class learning timeand non-class learning time), learning time that is too long will easily makethe students' learning effectiveness low or make the students study in a lowlevel of learning effectiveness.3. allocate of class learning time:(1)During a day of allocate of class learning time, it is easy to obtaina higher learning efficiency and a good learning effect in the period of morningand evening;(2)From a short run(one week, one month and one semester), it is easy toobtain a better learning effect if the students can arrange their learning timeregularly and appropriately at ordinary days meanwhile they can lengthenproperly learning time before examination;(3)It usually can obtain a good learning effect in a short period if thestudents can consciously concentrate to strengthen their study only in theperiod before examination. This situation is more outstanding in professionalhigh school.4. lesson length:(1)The present curriculum length doesn't show obvious influence onstudents' learning effectiveness, but many students feel one class is a bitlonger and the learning effectiveness decrease gradually from the terminalperiod of the class. This situation appears more in professional high school;(2)It will bring about negative effect on students' learning effectivenessif the curriculum length is lengthened(real lengthening or in the way of delayingclass close and connecting the classes).5. teaching time:(1)In a class of teacher's teaching, it is apt to make thestudents' learning effect unsatisfactory and make the students' learningeffectiveness decline if the teachers speak for the whole class and the studentslisten passively; (2)It will there is positive effect on improving the students' learningeffectiveness or restraining effect on the decline of the students' learningeffectiveness if the sheer teaching time can be properly reduced.6. allocate of teaching time:(1)In the period of teachers' teaching(one class, half day and one day),it makes students easily obtain higher learning effectiveness in fore period;(2)In that period before examination, the students of general high schoolare more apt to have much time to control instead of speaking by the teachers, while the students of professional high school are more apt to make full useof time to help them review the examination contents by the teachers. This bothcontributes to the improvement of the students' learning effectiveness. In this paper, we confirm that the learning time influences the learningeffectiveness, then trying to probe the amount of learning time and the allocatesituation of learning time how to influence the learning effectiveness, andascertain the rationality of learning time what the school and the teacher areimplementing and what the student is utilizing at present. Moreover, based onthe results of investigation, the paper puts forward some suggestions that canpromote the improvement of students' learning effectiveness and providereference to the students and the teachers when they utilize and allocate theirtime.
