The idea of curriculum resource is an importantconcept that new curriculum reform put forward inour country. The local resources in the historycurriculum is an important part of the historycurriculum resources. Developing and making use ofthe local resources in the history curriculum has avery important meaning to the history curriculumreform. In this thesis, taking Yongzhou as anexample, the author elaborates relatively theproblem of developing and making use of the localresources in the history curriculum in junior highschool.In the first section, the author mainlyelaborates the concept of the curriculum resourcesand the function of developing and making use ofthe local resources in the history curriculum Theauthor thinks that history curriculum resources isall the sources that become the history curriculumand all kinds of implementing conditions that arenecessary and direct. The local resources in thehistory curriculum is the total of historycurriculum resources in the administrating districtwhere the students study. That is, in the town,the county and the city. Developing and making useof the local resources in the history curriculum isgood to the students' healthy development and tothe teachers' development. It can promote theteaching behaviors to make a thorough inquiry. Inthe second section, the author introduces the localresources in the history curriculum in Yongzhou onfive types of resources, that is, the textresources, the object resources, the oral resources,the human resources and the numeral electronic resources.The third section is an emphatic part of thisthesis. In this part, the author elaborates thepresent situation of the local resources in thehistory curriculum by investigation. She discussesthe main problem in the process of developing andmaking use of the local resources in the historycurriculum. Then she puts forward the correspondingcountermeasures and suggestions.The forth section is another emphatic part ofthis thesis. In this part, the author elaboratesemphatically the path and the method of developingand making use of the local resources in thehistory curriculum. First, the author discusses themain paths to develop and make use of the localresources in the history curriculum: the historytextbooks and the local history teaching materialsare the core that develops and makes use of thelocal resources in the history curriculum ; thelibraries and the reference room are very convenientresource treasure-houses ; the history ruins and thehistory cultural relics are the local resources inthe history curriculum that can not be replaced.Next, the author discusses the main methods ofdeveloping and making use of the local resources inthe history curriculum : by the history classroomteaching ; by the history education activitiesoutside the history class ; fighting for the supportof the school, the family and the society ; bymeans of the network information.
