| This thesis carried out the analysis and the research by placing musicteaching practice in teachers colleges under the overall background ofteaching practice in teachers colleges. It discussed the purpose, thecharacter and the content of music teaching practice with emphasis,analyzed a good many problems which exist at present, and proposedconstructive countermeasures and opinions. The article is divided intothree chapters. They are the outline of music teaching practice in teacherscolleges, Ontology of music teaching practice in teachers colleges,several ponders about music teaching practice in teachers colleges,respectively.In the first chapter, the author reviewed the history and the status ofteaching practice in teachers colleges, and made a comparison withteaching practice in developed countries such as USA, France and UnitedKingdom. Through analysis the author found that teaching practice wasan important constituent of teaching program in teachers colleges, it wasalso an important link for synthetically inspecting the quality of teachereducation, and it was a common sense in teacher education of eachcountry to pay attention to teaching practice. The content of teachingpractice is identical on the whole, but the difference in the practice modeand the practice time between each country is a little big, especiallybetween our country and developed countries. The author noticed that itwas the same with music teaching practice in teachers colleges whichworth paying attention to. The author also analyzed the character ofmusic teaching practice in this chapter, and thought that it had severalimportant qualities such as the dual nature of practice subject and practicetask, the unity of accepting instruction and working independently.The second chapter is Ontology of music teaching practice. Theconcrete content, process and method of music teaching practice wereelaborated in detail from several aspects such as classroom teaching practice, job practice of the class adviser, extracurricular activitiespractice and education investigation. Judging from the actual conditionsat present, the content, process and method of music teaching practice inteachers colleges are basically developed according to the frame andpattern of the general education practice. Therefore this paper took thegeneral education practice as the foundation, and suitably carried outspecialized development on music education direction. The evaluationand summarization of music teaching practice is also an extremelyimportant content, therefore this chapter specially elaborated theassessment method which was universally used at present, and designedevaluation criteria according to concrete items of music practice teaching,which make each practice content reach the quantification, easy tomeasure as far as possible. The intern must compose the practicesummary. This article puts forward a few concrete ideas on how tosummarize effectively, which provides a reference for the intern.In the third chapter the author proposed some questions existing inmusic teaching practice in teachers colleges at present, for example musicpractice teaching was short of music specialized characteristic, thepractice content was short of putting particular emphasis on, theeducation investigation become a mere formality. In view of thesequestions, the author put forward some constructive countermeasuresfrom the following aspects such as the construction of teaching practicebase, teaching practice mode, education investigation, and how to dealwith the relationship between the instructor and the intern. Although thesecountermasures such as reinforcing the hardware construction of teachingpractice base, diversification of teaching practice mode, and flexibledevelopment of the evaluation of music teaching practice are onlytheoretically exploration and attempt, they have certain reference valuesto the present music teaching practice in teachers colleges. |
