Conscience is the most reliable basis of social morality. Can conscience be cultivated? It not only expresses a wish, but also wants to find ways to realize it. Evidently, the latter is the common research subject between pedagogy and ethics. This study is based on it and intends to discover the relationship between conscience and education, to further research the approaches to cultivate conscience.In view of pedagogy, ethics and philosophy, this study discusses conscience and emphasizes on its education basement and approaches, through scientific analysis and research, in order to prove that conscience cultivation is based on education and to discuss how to establish its education basement and internal motion system. Part 1 is to study the theory basement of conscience cultivation why conscience needs education. Firstly, this part starts from the concept of conscience, as well as explains the connotation and feature of it from the aspect of pedagogy to properly grasp the essence of it. Secondly, this part interprets that human nature is evil, which is the logical start of education, in order to find the internal theory basement of conscience cultivation. Although human nature is evil, good will be planted into hearts through education. It is the value expectation of conscience cultivation, at the same time, it disclose that conscience needs education to internalize good into hearts. Part 2 is to study if conscience can be cultivated. This part explains conscience is based on knowledge, which is passed by educating, in order to prove that conscience can be cultivated. But knowledge is not conscience, because knowledge can be internalized into conscience by the mutual effect of faith, emotion, will and practice. Part 3 is to study how to cultivate conscience from the aspect of teaching and learning. While teaching is external case, learning is internal one. Therefore, conscience can be cultivated through these two ways finally.
