The purpose of student studying is not to accqure konwledge but to use it. Biological science is a subject of experiment. Biological experiment of student is always the most important way in biological studying. But biological experiment teaching is weak in middle school. Students just do experiment in class according to the book and teachers do the same thing in Experimental lessions. The text book include three experiments about the discovery of the photosynthesis to enhance the experimental design ability and make the students felt the difficulty of a scienctific discovery. because the teachers always take the method of speaking teaching ,it is difficult to the students to come into being the cognition and scientific view to the experiments.It's necessary to change the conventional method of experiment teaching if we really want to improve the students'ability of designing experiment. It is difficult to do experiment. It is limited by the teachers'conception, students'idea, experimental condition and so on. My two colleagues and I feel that doing experiment is important to improve student's ability of designing experiment.I regard the research as a experiment. The constructism, the searching, the humanism are its base. The practical situation is that students'ability of designing experiment are so weak. I do this experiment in two teams classes. I take difference teaching methods in the two teams to prove that some methods can improve students'ability of designing experiment.
