A new foundation education course of our country reform puts forward the change of six aspects concerning course. Course and course resources, have a very close relationship, So course can't exist without course resources. Having a course must have course resources as a premise. Hence, making use of the development of the course resources becomes the important premise of whether new course can be effectively carried on of important premise.In former foundation education course, the high unity of "one syllabus and a book" makes the development of course resources become teaching materials, teaching reference books, teaching a guidance a book of the specialized occupation of author and part excellent teacher, but for large glimmer of teachers but speech then "weakness", even "blind spot".After new course reform is implemented, all aspects concerning course has become the resources of curricular; especially teachers who know nothing about independence, lack self development and making use of the teaching of course resources already can't the fit for the new lesson change. Many teachers have already thrown a body to course resources of the development and make use of them. Also, they put forward quite a few approaches to academics course resources of development exploitation. New course standard" of grade 7-9"geography puts forward a totally new basic principle. Studying geography which is useful to life was the first principle. In order to achieve this goal, the source of geography on daily life serving as the important guarantee of carrying out the new course is necessary. Then how to explore and make use of it becomes worthy of being researched and solved.According to these two new outstanding problems in the New Course Reform, I have put forward the development and research of life geography course resources. The purpose of the research is to try to make clear the nature, characteristic, category, function and principle and method of exploitation of the life geography course resources.The thesis is made up of four parts.The first part describes the background of time, theories basis and significance of the exploitation of the life geography course resources.The second part is about the nature, category, characteristics and function of life geography course resources.The third part talks about the principle of exploiting life geography course resources, including layer, comprehensive, interest, interaction, adaptability and priority and times.The forth part the approach of the exploitation of life geography course resources. There are eight of them, such as making good use of course of all levels, exploiting rural geography resources independently, applying mass media flexibly, actively making use of social environmental resources, researching experience geography resources, effectively using life course resources, contacting closely course resources of all subjects and enhance construction the information database.Conclusion: summarize the whole thesis briefly,further explain the approaches and principle for exploitation and application of life geography course resources. At the same time, make an outlook of the problems which lie in the exploitation and research of life geography course resources.
