Middle School Students On The Social Capital Of Educational Opportunities For Impact Studies

Disparities of Social Class exist in education. And different Social Classes own their different social capital. There exist the same phenomenon in different nations of politic type. The children from high Social Class who own more economy capital, social capital, and culture capital will have more opportunities than those from lower Social Class who have little. Obtaining the same education opportunities will help those from lower Social Class change their position. However, the reasons of this are complicated.This research chose students in the grade 3 who are from two secondary schools of the city and countryside in Jilin Province. By the researching for these students, their parents, and their teachers, the research got the information about their Social Class, social relations, and education of opportunities. And the research expound that the social capital of secondary school student can influence their education opportunities.
