Team spirit is an essential requirement of talent quality in modern society. By using the fruit of former studies, the article elaborate the definition of team spirit in the point of the relationship between team and its members: team spirit is a sense of members'satisfaction and identity to their common interest and purpose, they work hard together and actively, and in the process, they try their best to fulfill their responsibilities. So team spirit is also a sense of member's aspiration and emotional realm of work hard together.After understand the meaning of team spirit, we have to study the current situation of training team spirit of older primary school pupil. Firstly, we should know the characters of older primary school pupil in the aspects of their psychology, studying, communication and daily life. Then, I research on the current situation of training team spirit of older primary school pupil though many year's education observation and questionnaire. Recent children have common purpose in their class and they often take part in team activities. But the problem is that they are lack of effective quality of human communication and ideological connection. They are also very independent. Especially after becoming older primary school pupil, they often take themselves as centers, have no sense of responsibility, have little sense of working, lack the spirit of cooperating and the attitude of tolerance. Lastly, I research the influential factors according to its internal factors and its external factors.The final purpose of studying team spirit is to achieve the construction of training team spirit of older primary school pupil. So researching on how to train is the most important in this article. By reading lots of documents and materials and according to my years of experience of senior class adviser ,I give the following main tactics direct point the problem team spirit of training older primary school pupil: first, we should strengthen and improve student's realization and understanding of team spirit ,and we should also strengthen their moral education. Second, we should focus on training team spirit of older primary school pupil in team activities, at the same time we should strengthen the construction of class. Teachers should pay more attention to class instruction, develop student's individuality, improve the concerted function of school, family and society, so as to make the training of team spirit practicable everywhere in our society.
