Team Spirit And Some Methods On Cultivating University Student's Team Spirit

In an effort to conform with the new time requests which proposed to the university student quality and to carry out the Central Committee of the CCP "Citizen Morals Quality Construction Summary", the author gives a thorough research and analysis on team spirit which is widespread in the administration world.Firstly, it is proposed "Why we have to study the team spirit and to cultivate university student's team spirit?", thereafter, "What the team spirit is?", "What kind of the good making the Chinese university students should have?" and "How we cultivate the team spirit?" Take the overseas management understanding of team spirit as a reference, combining with the traditional Chinese culture and the related Marxism theory, the author is discussed the connotation, the essence and function of the Chinese team spirit and also brought some ways and means forward to cultivate university student team spirit under this new situation.In view of the question to investigate and cultivate university student's team spirit, this study is pointed out that the team spirit is one of basic qualities which requests to the talented person at present international society, is the basic guarantee on enhancing the enterprise core competitive ability. Therefore, in an attempt to study and introduces the advanced culture, we must to link with our national culture and the core values, goes the false saves the truth, to form a concept which is made for the socialist construction, and to explore a new socialist thought and politics educational way to keep abreast with times.Aiming at the question of team spirit, analyzing the concepts as western community, community cohesive force, team, morale, cooperation wish and take the nowadays general understanding to the team spirit as a reference, the author brings his opinion of team spirit forward is that: It is the will and way that the team members can approve and satisfy their team self, can take the team's benefit and goal as the most important by their self-knowledge, can display individual creativity and innovation sufficiently, can make oneself widely known and also cooperate with other members well, can fulfill the team purpose and benefit by their diligently struggles. Furthermore, this study analyzes the connotation of team spirit, proposes its essence is the common values which team members and the organization have. The core is solidarity and cooperation, the foundation is individuality widely known, while affirmed individuality development it is still advocated the dedication. The team spirit can stimulate person's creativity; enhance the organization innovation and the working efficiency. According to the analysis of East and West team spirit culture, and combining with the China own ideology characteristic as well as the Marxism related theory, the author proposes that we should pay great attention to the whole, should emphasize the harmonious Eastern community standard culture as the foundation on the question of what kind of university student's team spirit we should cultivate. That is, it takes the Marxism collectivism thought as an essence, absorbs Western democracy thought, emphasizes individuality difference, pays attention on the rationality and government by law, cultivates a spirit that conforms to the China traditional culture and the Chinese characteristic construction.Finally, it is pointed out that we should adhere to collectivism,"humanist"and "system education" principle in the university student team spirit cultivating methods. Referring to the university student thought and politics work methods, using the domestic and foreign teams spirit cultivating methods for reference and linking with his own practical work experiences, the author proposes that we could take some ways and means to cultivate university student team spirit, such as, the model educational method using the theory, the team standard method, the team practice method, the team decision-making method, the team prompting method as well as the university student interpersonal communication ability method and the healthy psychological quality method and so on.
