A Study On Cultivating University Teachers' Team Spirit

Content: Since the 1970s to today, people have realized the team spirit gradually and taken it to promotion. Now it is very obvious that the team spirit have played a huge role in people's life and work. However, in our country's higher education domain, university teachers stress it on the surface can not cover their coldness. To enhance university teachers'team spirit cultivation is really imminent. In order to help people to comprehend and practice team spirit, by adopting methods such as document analysis and comparison and talking with experts, some problems of team spirit are studied in this paper: What is team spirit; why should a university teacher practice team spirit; What kind of team spirit should university teachers practice; how to cultivate university teachers'team spirit. Firstly, by defining the concept of team spirit, this paper explains"what is team spirit". Secondly, the author discourses the theoretical principles and real basis, the former including Rational-economic man, Social man, Self-actualizing man, Complex man assumption, the latter mainly rounding teaching, research and constructing harmonious campus. Thirdly, the author tries to probe into the idea of cultivating university teachers'team spirit. Lastly, the author analyzes relative influence factors, and attempts to construct a comparative complete cultivating ways system which is made up of cognition, environment, system and behavior. By these expositions above, the author attempts to explain university teachers'team spirit systematically and deeply and cause more people to pay attention to the problem. It will do a benefit to promote our country's higher education healthy development.
