There are much competition in the modern society, not only between individuals andenterprises but also between nation and countries, competition seems to be the main theme ofthe new era. But with the accelerated pace of national construction, and the imporvment of thesocial requirement, teamwork seems to be get more and more attention. Discussion andresearch on teamwork training become more and more important. Such kind of researchbecome more focused on the cultivation of team spirit of employees and how to train on thestudents’ teamwork culture is still in its very start.Research on high school students teamwork training starting from the sports, for manysports items, such as basketball and football, which requires teamwork. The team culturebased on such sports as an experiential training and learning can help students to buildintuitive experience, and learn from them how to establish harmonious interpersonalrelationships. But most of the students’ school time is still spent in the classroom, how tomake good use of teaching time to develop good teamwork and team spirit, as an opportunityto improve the overall quality of high school students is precisely the problem whichdiscussed in this paper.This paper use literature, comparative approach, case studies and other methods to searchthe way of how to improve and enhance the conditions during the school and how to trainculture student’s the spirit of teamwork. I believe that to train the student team’s ability tocooperate, the scientific content of design is the base, the teaching process is the key,cultivation of team spirit based on the theoretical knowledge of psychology, with a variety ofclassroom activities, facilitate communication between the student team members, throughobservation, experience and spiritual exploration, eventually grow up. This paper focuses onhow to use the team in the classroom teaching, start from the connotation of functions andactivities of team spirit, carried out to explore high school students teamwork training.Especially how to use the practice of classroom teaching, daily class activities as the carrier,relying on the construction of campus culture, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of middle schoolstudents, Team activities were moved to the classroom, teaching with pleasure. To adapt to anunfamiliar environment, interpersonal relationships, self-awareness, coordination andmanagement, and breakthrough self-involved in aspects of high school students spiritual growth as a breakthrough,try to put forward to strengthen the high school students teamworkculture. And through the pursuit of these long-term, medium-and short-term goal, Use echelonincentive effect in the gradual process of achieving goals, to create a strong team spirit andclass cohesion.
