The Strategy Research On The Teaching Ability Of High School Physics Teachers

The new turn of the physical curriculum reforms from the idea, the content to the implementation, all has changed greatly. Teachers are the key points to achieve the goal of physical curriculum reforms. The teacher is not only the knowledge initiator, but also the guide, organizer and cooperator of the student's study. The teacher's teaching ability with the traditional idea has already been not proper for the demand of the times'development, and the new curriculum calls on a teacher to improve his teaching ability and develop his new ability structure. The valid path to solve this problem is researching the strategy of physical teacher's teaching ability in senior high school.Teacher's teaching ability, an important part of the teacher diathesis, is the crucial factor which affects the teaching quality and the effect, and it is also one of the main point of the teacher specialization research. some teacher's research on the teaching ability should be given new meanings, particularly on nowadays that the new reform has been pushed forward continuously. There are many reference research on the teaching ability, but mos of which are usually regarded as a part of teacher's ability to be explained, lacking of the meticulous study to the teaching ability. And the research concerning physical teacher's teaching ability in senior high school was just only a few. This phenomena was found by the author in the paper's reading.So on the foundation of the inquisition about the present conditions of the active teacher's teaching ability, and in the way of combining theory and practice, this research mainly adopts the paper researching method, the interview method and the questionnaire survey method, to set up physical teacher teaching ability structure and put forward the basic strategy that improves physical teacher's teaching ability in senior high school.
