Instructional design is one of the effective means to improve the teaching quality,level of the ability of teaching design is the important standard of teachers' professional quality,how to improve teachers'teaching design ability is entering a new era in the path of education development must pay attention to the problem.As a reserve talent for future national development,the health of adolescents education has always been a research hot spot.As an important connecting stage between primary school and senior high school,whether junior high school physical education teaching can play the role of connecting the top and the bottom has an important influence on the healthy development of teenagers.Physical education teaching design is the source of the implementation of physical education teaching,and teachers' teaching design ability is the key to ensure the effective development of physical education teaching.The current domestic study of teaching design and teacher designed capacity is more,but the research on junior middle school PE teachers'teaching design ability remains to be further exploration,this research reference related experts and scholars of teachers' teaching design ability model,explore the junior middle school PE teachers' teaching design ability structure dimensions,in Wuhan city junior high school sports teachers'current teaching design ability as the research object,the random part junior high school physical education teachers in wuhan as investigation object,take the literature method,observation method,survey method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis,the topic to explore,in order to enrich the teaching of junior high school physical education teachers design the research achievements of this aspect.The results of the analysis are as follows:1.The proportion of male and female PE teachers is coordinated in Wuhan urban middle school.The teaching age is mainly distributed in 4-7 years and 8-10 years,which is reasonable and conducive to the benign development of teaching design ability.Most of the teachers graduated from education major in sports.2.Wuhan city junior high school physical education teachers ability of teaching design in the average level,but the elastic design and teaching evaluation design ability remains to be improved,teachers' teaching design ability significant differences in the two aspects of teaching and educational backgrounds.3.Although the development of education in Wuhan has entered a new normal,there is still a lack of personal professional knowledge and professional quality among junior middle school PE teachers in urban areas.The overall level of physical education teachers' team construction needs to be improved.Teachers are under great pressure to survive and work hard.Teachers' innovation ability needs to be strengthened;Schools pay insufficient attention to physical education teaching and other problems.On the above conclusions,this article from three aspects:the government,schools,teachers put forward some promotion strategy,and mainly focus on the teachers' level:1.We need to deepen the reform of physical education teachers continuing education,physical education teachers' teaching design ability.2.develop teachers' talent introduction channels,strengthen the physical education teachers team construction.3.Improve the physical education teaching environment,attach importance to the status of physical education teaching,and mobilize teachers' initiative and enthusiasm in teaching.4.Strengthen the theoretical study of teaching design and improve the ability of sports teaching design.5.Pay attention to teaching reflection and teaching evaluation,and improve teaching design.6.Make reasonable use of teaching media and teaching tools to reform teaching and learning laws.
