In January 2018,"General High School Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards(2017 Version)" was officially promulgated.This course standard for the first time condenses the core qualities of sports and health disciplines,including athletic ability,healthy behaviors and sports ethics.The proposal of core literacy of the subject shows that teachers should change the previous "knowledge-centered" subject teaching and begin to change the direction of discipline education with "core literacy" as the core.These changes have proposed new high school sports and health curriculum teachers.Requirements and challenges.Therefore,research on the ability structure of high school physical education and health course teachers can provide reference and reference for the ability improvement and training of high school physical education and health course teachers,which has very important practical significance.This study uses the literature method to analyze the main tasks of high school physical education and health course teachers under the new curriculum standards,and then uses the expert interview method to obtain the selection direction and content of the teacher's ability indicators.Finally,after two rounds of expert surveys and mathematical statistics,Determine the high school physical education and health curriculum teacher ability structure.After research,this thesis draws the following research results:1.The new curriculum standard puts forward new requirements for high school physical education and health curriculum teachers.High school physical education and health curriculum teachers should focus on cultivating students 'core academic literacy and promote students' comprehensive and healthy development;pay attention to the importance of discipline moral education and implement the moral education The fundamental tasks of humans;respect the needs of students,pay attention to changes in curriculum content and teaching methods;inspire students' sports interest in practical teaching,and lay the foundation for students' lifelong sports.2.The high school physical education and health curriculum teacher ability structure includes: ideological politics,theoretical knowledge,professional skills,education and teaching ability 4 first-level indicators,teacher moral training,sports morality,physical fitness knowledge,sports cultural knowledge,health education knowledge,sports ability,Special technology,classroom teaching ability,after-school training ability and other 14 second-level indicators,67 third-level indicators.3.Using the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the corresponding weight coefficients of various levels of indicators,including ideological and political 0.278,theoretical knowledge 0.234,professional skills 0.124,education and teaching ability0.364.Ideological politics and education and teaching ability have a greater weight,which is consistent with the new curriculum standards that emphasize the moral education of disciplines and implement the fundamental task of establishing morality.It also reflects that the teaching and teaching ability of high school physical education and health courses teachers in the teaching of students' disciplines The importance of core literacy.Based on the above research results,this article makes the following suggestions: The education department plays a role to ensure the smooth implementation of sports and health courses;Colleges and universities deepen the reform of physical education curriculum and improve the quality of talent training;Each high school raises awareness and supports teachers of physical education and health courses;Teachers of physical education and health courses change their educational concepts and establish the idea of lifelong learning.
