The moral education in minority areas is a part of our socialism country's moral education. Then how to achieve the aim of moral education with effective methods according to the actual situations of the minority area should be one of the focuses that the moral educators pay close attention to. The thesis appraised the gains and losses of the moral education in the minority areas with the investigation and analysis about the senior middle school students in Golden Triangle Disctrict KuiTun City of Xinjiang Autonomous Region and also sought after the function of Kazak ethnic culture on the senior middle school students' moral eduation.With these facts the thesis put forward the basic ways of how to put the moral eduation into practice in minority areas. And I think it will be quite effective if we apply the Kazak ethnic culture to the education of ideological politics among the students in the minority areas which are different form the Han areas in religious cultures, language cultures, festival cultures and customs. According to the above facts, the thesis made some suggestions about the basic assignments of the moral education, the drawing up of the study materials and the instruction of ethnic campus culture to form the educational system of the moral education which can reflect the cultures and characteristics of the minority groups.
