Content: Shuyuan had thousands of years history, spaning Tang, Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties. It was an important and unignored organization form of education in ancient education history. Educational regulations system of Shuyuan is the whole principle of Shuyuan education, putting the much emphasis on thoughts quality and moral accomplishment, including Shuyuan's trainment goal, character culture, student's life-style, fundmental requirements and regulations, provioding the students with a correct standard in the process of learning. Therefore ,the claims of students'moral education and intellectual education is the basic of trait and advantage. This paper had studied major Shuyuan educational regulations system JiangXi province, consisting of Bailu dong Shuyuan,Bailu zhou Shuyuan,ehu Shuyuan and Yuzhang Shuyuan. The education theory of"cultivating by moral education", the trainning style of"character and administration"and the practice principle of"the combination of theory and behavior"discussed trainning aim and morality thoughts of Shuyuan educational regulations. The three aspects of interchanging in teachers and students,learning primary by oneself and pondering carefully while quering had probed into Shuyuan teaching; the three aspects of teaching governor,personality governor and books gorernor had inquired into the management of Shuyuan. Furthermore, this paper had explored the effects of educational regulation systems.The time and the place of this paper is limited in the period of Ming and Qing dynasties of JiangXi province. Firstly ,chinese Shuyuan has revived in Ming and Qing dynasties. No matter how, the quantities,scales and instllation are much of accumulation; Secondly, the numerous of Shuyuan is among the best of the successful candidates in Ming and Qing dynasties.
