IAbstractl This article, about hidden curriculum, a new proposal for study about the development of curricular theory, in - terms of curricular theory, on the basis of analyzing and studying the posing of hidden curriculum and variQus comprehension towards it, poses its concept. In a sense of positive education, this article also analyzes its structural formative key elements, including material culture, systematical culture, spiritual culture and non-systematical culture. Firstly, from its influential passage through which school cultural spiritual atmosphere affects the students, this article analyzes its characteristics: being all-roundly territorially covered, being disorderly while conveying key elements, being penetrated radiantly on circumstance, being suggestive while promoting the mutual actions, being hidden in the course of realization and being difficult to quantify influenced results. Secondly, from its latent effect and value, this article reveals that it substantially is an area of the school moral education, provided with such functions as below: to strengthen the forming of value concept, to promote and regulate the moral cultivation, to advance emotional moulding, to build spiritual training and to realize mental cultivation. Last, in view of a situation where there are similarities and differences between the school moral education and it, this article inquires into the tactics on its scientific integration and optimization of the school moral education, so as to realize its positive siginficance of the moral education, and to inspire working methods in school leaders, teachers and moral educational workers.
