It is a world trend from single language education to bilingual education in reforming and development in elementary education. It is one of the top-points in the world. Bilingual education dues to development of English as the second language teaching. This thesis is based on the individual bilingual practice of Dalian Huiwen Middle School. It is feasible to carry out bilingual education in some subjects in junior school. But the successful bilingual education achievement due to bilingual educational policy bilingual educational envirment and conditions the students'knowledgable basis bilingual subjects desigment bilingual textbook bilingual teachers'ability . The teachers'bilingual ability is the most important aspect for the success. The purposes of the thesis: try to find a way to practise bilingual education in China; in order to improve the English teaching quality; develop the levels of the students'learning; trainthe students'thinking ability and creativity.
