Now more and more people become very interested in the education of off-farm workers'children. Learning adaptability is one of the most important parts of it. And it's also a factor in effecting its educating quality. In order to understand the state and characteristics in learning adaptability of off-farm workers'children and solve the real problems better. So the study researched 500 students in Dalian NO. 66 Middle School, the results showed that(1)There were some differences in learning adaptability between off-farm workers'children and the children born in the city. (2) Differences in learning adaptability are a barrier to the students'study and growing-up. (3) There were some sex and grade differences in learning adaptability among off-farm workers'children.(4) It took us three to six months'effective direction to improve off-farm worker children's learning adaptability and reduce the differences between the children born in the city and them as possible as we can.
