Influenced by the market economy and administration reform, non-profitable organizations (NPO) of China play the functions of accumulating social funds, helping community service and so on. An effective salary system has an effect on inspiring employees' passion and improving their working efficient in non-profitable organizations (NPO). Therefore, the enthusiasm, which non-profitable organizations take part in social security, has been enhanced greatly.Depending on the application of salary theory and the analysis on the attributes of the different kind's human resource in non-profitable organizations, this thesis draws a conclusion that the NPO should have the strategy choice of innovating traditional salary system, and establishing flexible new one.This thesis starts with the comparison of salary management in different developed countries, so as to perceive the trend of salary management in NPO. From the discussion of salary theories, including salary essence, design principle and design process, the thesis sets up a consolidated theory base concerning salary design and salary mode. Finally, analyzing the existing human resource framework and attribute of NPO in China, this thesis puts forward the feasibility and applicability of the salary mode in NPO that has been drawn above.
