Since Reform and Opening up, China's private education has been developed rapidly, and has become a key part of China's cause of socialist education. However, compared with public schools that invested by government continuously and have complete management systems and models, the development of private schools is still short of experience, can only follow public schools at every step.This paper expatiates and analyzes the private schools how to break through the tie of public education models and take a way of optimization of private education model by citing Guangzhou Haizhu Middle School. The author describes the content of optimization of private education model at the very beginning and then combines the practice of private schools in Guangdong Province, points out the thinking and method of experimental research and its evaluation system, analyzes the background of optimization of private education model, formulates the specific goal system of optimization of private education model, and explores the specific operating measure of optimization of private education model on the aspects that pay much attention to the construction of teachers team, optimize lessons and classroom teaching, optimization integration of moral training and psychology education, integrates cultural activities and environment of schools, optimize school management mechanism.
