Optimization Of Private Pension Institutions

Along with the problem of aging intensifies day by day, the traditional model of providing for the aged is challenged tremendously. In process of the society development, as a result of reform and opening up, family planning, etc., the traditional family pension mode has already been difficult to meet the needs of social endowment service. As one important part of social elderly service system, institution endowment plays a more and more important role. Under this situation, private pension institutions have become popular in recent years. As more social capital is absorbed in pension industry, the scale of private institutions is enlarging which has been the hot issue in society.This survey investigates several private nursing institutions in urban district, new district and ecological conservation development district in Beijing, analyses the bed capacity utilization, fee and equipment level, elderly physical and mental conditions, nursing personnel conditions and daily life of old people. Considering the problem above, our national conditions and valuable overseas experience, to study the optimization methods from government leadership, standardized construction, medical service, improving the standard of service staff, social participation, family support and elderly self-improvement, etc.
