The equity of educational process is either extending for starting equity or is essential premise and major assurance for result equity of education. Whether or not the education process is equity, it embodies not only the standard of educational equity, but restricts the reaching level of result equity. So it must face up to the person's individual diversity, and stand for that all people should be educated, but be suitably educated. Here, 'Suitable education' means it can fulfill the person's being educated request and development level, but accord with one's cognitive characteristics or one's individual characteristics as well, so that people can draw out his potential capacities and develop his abilities. Nowadays, non-equality phenomena exist in our educational process include teaching aims, teaching in classroom, the teacher's judgment methods, the relationship of teachers and students, seating arrangement in classroom etc. What's more, many factors caused the educational process inequity. For example: the regional development, orientation of policy, conditions of education, power of teachers', class size, family's backgrounds and so on. Meanwhile carrying out the equity of education, the teacher must take an important function and play a particular role. In this procession, as a teacher, he is not only a good leadership, an actor to carry out plans, but also a watch-dog committee. This all sounds impossible, but a teacher needs these abilities. Only when the teacher should take correctly strategies, the equity of educational process can be achieved.
