As an important part of the realization of educational fairness,participation in fairness of teaching process is a reflection and deepening of fairness of opportunity at the micro level.Its fairness not only reflects the current situation of fairness of educational opportunities,but also restricts the development of fairness of educational opportunities.The participation in the fairness of opportunity in the teaching process mainly involves education and teaching activities within the school.It is required that schools and teachers should give all students fair opportunities that are conducive to the growth and development of students.With the steady advancement of the educational equity cause in our country,participation in the teaching process fairness of opportunity will be a key area for the fair practice of educational opportunity at present and in the future.This research starts from the two dimensions of class life and classroom teaching,investigates the participation opportunities of elementary students in the teaching process,and explores whether teachers give students opportunities based on the needs of students' differentiated development,so that each student can obtain fair participation and Development opportunities.In this study,teachers and students from A Elementary School in Shihezi City were selected as survey objects,and the research methods of questionnaire,observation and interview methods were comprehensively used to investigate the status of elementary students' participation opportunities in class life and classroom teaching.Through the analysis of data from 500 questionnaires and the observation results of 24 normal lessons,combined with interviews with students and instructors,the analysis of relevant factors such as different school periods,gender,personality,academic performance,class position,classroom environment,teachers,etc Whether primary school students' participation in fair opportunities has an impact.The research mainly found the following: in class life,students have more equal opportunities to obtain the class “advanced area”;students have more opportunities to become the class “management role”,and the opportunity to get the class “management role” is determined by the gender and performance of the students Impact;students have fewer opportunities to organize class activities,and low-level students have fewer opportunities to organize class activities than middle-and high-level students.At the same time,participation opportunities are influenced by the student 's performance of the class committee and academic performance;the opportunities for students to represent the group are unevenly distributed,and the opportunities for representing the group are significantly related to the student 's personality,class committee performance,and academic performance.In classroom teaching,students are not treated equally in terms of opportunities to ask questions in the classroom and opportunities for teachers to be positively motivated,and students experience poor classroom participation.Teachers will assign students with different learning abilities in question assignment to distinguish the types of assignment questions and provide more appropriate answer feedback.Students are willing to answer questions in class,but they are less motivated to interact with teachers after class.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the status quo survey,this study finds that there are differentaspects of fairness in the participation opportunities of elementary students in the teaching process,and attempts to explore the factors that affect the fair implementation of elementary students' participation opportunities from different perspectives.Finally,the findings of this study are summarized,and several suggestions are made on how to promote the fairness of participation opportunities in the teaching process,with a view to improving and enhancing the fairness of participation opportunities of elementary students in the teaching process.
