During the process of education reform and informationism, teachers' ICT ability has become more and more important, and teachers' ICT training have attracted more and more attentions, Activity-based course has been the trend in the field of training. However, the research and practice of Activity design is at the beginning stage in China, There still exists many problems, so the design of training course and training activity is meeting great challenges.This paper focuses on the following contents:Firstly, this paper absorbs the rule of activity design from both the theory and experience, abstracts the key factors in activity design, sequences typical training activities ,and forms reusable activity design patterns. What's more, this paper analyzes how to use the activity sequence from the four aspects: systematic, flexibility, differences in process and content.Secondly, this paper works out the characteristics of ICT training course — bounding the activity with content. This paper also puts forward the method and process of activity design in ICT training, create the patterns of activity design.Thirdly, this paper designs and develops a software system for activity design. The purpose of this system is to design, develop, adjust and share activity works. This system integrates theory research results in this paper, it offers scaffold for activity design, and makes the design more convenient and flexible. What's more, the users can share their works.
