Modern society is a developing society. In order to cultivate thetalents of social development, the mode of educational reform isurgently needed as the old mode can’t keep up with the pace ofsocial development. The Ministry of Education and Jiangsu ProvincialDepartment of Education have long proposed the reform of educationsystem. In order to meet the requirements of the new curriculum, develop the students into independent research talents and turn thepassive learning of high school students to active learning in the oldmode of education, the majority of educators are trying to explore thecurriculum reform. Rugao education in this context has put forward to anew mode of education---“guidance of activity list” teaching modewhich complies with the requirements of the new curriculum. Since thisis a new thing, it is advanced and there are imperfect parts in it, themost important part---“activity list design” is further researched in orderto further improve “guidance of activity list” which is a new mode ofteaching and adapts to the new curriculum and training new talentrequirements. This article is based on the researches on the relateddocuments about “guidance of activity list” teaching mode, defining itand studying the design on teaching-and-learning activity list. Besideshighlighting the design form and all the components which make upactivity lists, the author displays all sorts of examples depending ondifferent classes. The practice is as follows: one. According to the designform and design procedure, it is practical for teachers to begin theirteaching activities; two. Students can have efficient learning. In the end, through communication between teachers andstudents as well as level tests,“guidance of activity list” teachingmode is practical and easy to put into practice. Thus the research on “guidance of activity list” teaching mode is not groundless butpersuasive. The research is far from perfect because of the authors limitedcapacity and energy in doing research. The analysis about “guidanceof activity list” in senior chemistry is based on the questionnaires andinterview with some students, lacking sufficient statistics andprofessional experience.
