Student loan, which began in 1999, is to resolve the college fee and cost of living of poor college student. However, student loan in real life, belonged to credit loan, has a serious problem of high breach. So banks do not want to lend money to college students. The student loan does not develop well.The article analyses one typical case of the breach of student loan repayment. The absence of consciousness for credibility is the main cause of the breach activities of loaned college student. One solution for this issue is to enhance education on credibility in universities. From three kinds of credibility education measures, however, we find that the guidance on, the establishment of, and the use of the integrity of the educated is still far from the real situation. This has been the main cause for the ineffectiveness of the old educational system for credibility. The credibility education should solve the issue of contradiction between the requirement of the society on the credibility of college students and the common practices of the lack of credibility among them. The goals of credibility education on loaned college students include: to balance the reading, knowing, understanding and acting stage of studying credibility; to create a consistent environment for credibility education; and to harmonize the content and methods of teaching credibility with de demands for the educated on thoughts and actions.The article suggests the credibility education has the characteristics as follows: a strategy from economical meaning; a formation education from morality. Further, the theory of receiving credibility education can be generalized as the Two-Stage Hypothesis, which refers to the two stages of the understanding of a credibility strategy and the formation of credibility morality. When the educated find out that credibility can be used to maximize their own benefits, a credibility strategy becomes their inevitable choice. At this stage, the practices of credibility are for the concerns of themselves , rather than of the society. When educated deeply understand the social and emotional connection between themselves and others, the morality for credibility begins to form and turned into habits , while the second stage is the process of formation of moral sense and the steadiness of moral purposes. The moral sense is the foundation for the transformation of credibility strategy into morality formation, while understanding is the key for such transformation.
