| When people make a detailed inquiry of"what is Chinese"and"what is Chinese education"they want to gain the knowledge of the origin and essence of"Chinese"and"Chinese education", then explain ontologically"Chinese"and"Chinese education", but we must research ontologically Chinese education based on historical and actual inspection and evidence, but which is inadequate in our tradition of educational theory. So reaearchers gained many kinds of viewpoints and propositions about"Chinese"and"Chinese education"from their own arguments, but these disputes puzzled Chinese eduacational practicers. As an important school curriculum Chinese education falls down to a"test discipline", and students learn it only for examination and teachers teach it only for examination, then the original value of Chinese education is covered by utilitarian examination.Because our Chinese education is short of closely actual research and contemporary"scholar accumulation and theoritical preparation"cannot answer"what is Chinese"and"what is Chinese education", we should change the route of thinking Chinese education, and think"what Chinese education ought to be". To research"Chinese"and"Chinese education"on axiology is namely to think the value of Chinese education and to explain Chinese education axiologically within the scope of philosophical value and educational value.Educational value divides into the inner value and the outer value normally, and the outer value is the meaning to satisfy the development of society and students'individual and it's inner value is the meaning to satisfy the development of education itself basically. There were two kinds of critical phenomina of alienation in the history of our Chinese educational resaerch: the political tendency of Chinese education—it was the alienation which showed in the process of satisfying the development of social politics; the test tendency of Chinese education—it was the alienation which showed in the process of satisfying the development of students'individual existence. To be aimed to these two kinds of alienation, relating to our contemporary social condition and age background, we analyze and choose the outer value of Chinese education once again, and conclude Chinese education's outer value to satisfy social development and the value which is showed as cultural value,and to satisfy the development of students'individual life and the value which is showed as life value, in order to find the true existence of Chinese education—the cultural pattern and life pattern of Chinese education.I have to study the Chinese educational value to develop itself namely the inner value of Chinese education later because of the limitation of this essay's shape. The essay adopt the deductive method from the upper conception about philosophical value, educational value to the value of Chinese education, which belongs to theoritical thought and explains it in the process of deducting relating to Chinese educational practice. In addition, Chinese education involves family, society and school. This essay limits within the scope of Chinese education in school, but adopts"Chinese education"in the process of orgnization. |
