Since reform and opening policy, especially 1990s, along with the sharp increase of population and rapid expansion of economy, the education development of developed regions also made progress by leaps and bounds. During the process, the talents and labor forces came from middle and west areas poured into Shenzhen by a large scale, the teacher teams constantly activated and expanded, the teacher teams structure in developed areas occurred considerable changes.The establishment of teacher teams in Shenzhen city experienced a process from focus on bring in to focus on bring in and bring up and then to focus on combined bring in, bring up and train, which initially formed a teacher team of high quality and relatively complete teacher education system. Combined the problems discovered in our latest survey of basic education teaching staff situation held in the whole city, the article attempt to discuss the idea of teachers education reformation in Shenzhen. The study broke through the tendency of putting more attention on drain teachers and countryside teachers in the study of teacher teams for a long time. From the dynamic angel of population movement, it discussed the management problems of "teachers after drain" and city teacher in developed areas. In addition, the study take concrete area as a case, which in favor of provide more illustrations about the teacher problems study in developed areas and in favor of understand the basic conditions of teachers work in developed areas, and will provide some valuable reference materials for related departments.The study took Shenzhen as an example, sample in different class, carry on questionnaire survey, and with partial interviews in the whole city. In the investigation, we interview several teachers in every district by chance, and then arrange and summarize their sex, age, motivation at present, work performance, affection of work unit, and so on according to the information collected in interview. After designed questionnaire survey, we will test related teachers of two schools selected from every district in the whole city by the way of stratified sampling. Since the study mainly belongs to empirical comprehensive study, we will take quantitative analysis as major when analyzing the collected information.According to investigation and study, we found that the work strength of teachers...
