Combined the problems discovered in our latest survey of basic education teaching staff situation held in the whole city, the article attempt to discuss the idea of teachers education reformation in Shenzhen. The study broke through the tendency of putting more attention on drain teachers and countryside teachers in the study of teacher teams for a long time. From the dynamic angel of population movement, it discussed the management problems of "teachers after drain" and city teacher in developed areas. In the investigation, we interview several teachers in every district by chance, and then arrange and summarize their sex, age, motivation at present, work performance, affection of work unit, and so on according to the information collected in interview. After designed questionnaire survey, we will test related teachers of two schools selected from every district in the whole city by the way of stratified sampling.
