Safety education of primary and secondary schools is related to thousands of families, also related to the stability of the whole society. Therefore, the management of primary and secondary education is the first priority to ensure the safety of teachers and students, maintaining social stability. Education departments and schools are also an important responsibility incumbent. State and local government have always attached great importance to local primary and secondary safety education and management, and issued a series of primary and secondary safety education regulations and policies. However, the safety education of elementary and secondary schools in China still faces serious problems, schools of various kinds of safety accident happened many times.This paper mainly Shenzhen security education of primary and secondary schools as the main research object, based on the safety education in schools at home and abroad and the State Research, Guangdong, Shenzhen, safety education policy analysis, designed for primary and middle schools in Shenzhen city students and teacher questionnaires, and take a interview survey about Shenzhen education departments and school safety education responsible person. From the investigation and interview, this paper analyzed the status quo of the current Shenzhen security education of primary and secondary schools, the existing problems and reasons. In the survey found that Shenzhen has taken many measures or methods for primary and secondary school safety education management, also achieved some results. But the Shenzhen security education of primary and secondary schools still exist many problems, such as Shenzhen security education of primary and secondary schools is relatively formal; Safety education light education management; Safety education method is relatively single. Insufficient safety education resources, and so on.In the above investigation and analysis of the problems of safety education of primary and secondary schools of Shenzhen technology, in this paper, the Shenzhen security education of primary and secondary schools for the current situation was analyzed, and the reasons include:Exam-oriented education make the safety education of primary and secondary schools in the edge position; Primary and secondary school safety education implementation does not reach the designated position; Inadequate education, etc. Finally, the article puts forward some countermeasures about Shenzhen security education of primary and secondary schools and the suggestion, including:Changing the traditional exam-oriented education idea, make primary and middle school campus safety culture and atmosphere; Recommended courses in safety education; Suggest the government make the campus safety as soon as possible; Strengthen the policy implementation about safety education of primary and secondary schools.
