The language ability includes not only the fast reading ability and the excellent writing ability but also the wonderful listening ability and the fluent speaking ability. The latter two abilities are becoming more and more important because they are the needs of a high-efficient and fast-paced society. With the development of the economy, the relationship of the people becomes more and more complicated, while the communication is more and more frequent, so the oral communication will be the main communication method.Differing from the senior school students, the vocational school students are the losers in the selection examinations, so there are more or less problems in their study and behaviors, but they are also the reinforcements in the socialist construction. The vocational and technical education they received is the important pillar to realize the industrialization and make the production commercialization, socialization and modernization. Also it is a bridge to transfer the intelligence advantages into the productivity. In the social competition, the role of the oral communication is extraordinary. It is more significant than writing ability to make a living.This paper discusses the historical and realistic factors which influences the oral language teaching, studies the significance of the oral communication, especially analyses some factors which influences the training of the oral ability, draws the advanced experience of oral teaching at home and abroad, explores the scientific models and the evaluation methods of oral language teaching and thus clears the history , current situation and the reform trend of the oral language teaching in the vocational schools.The whole paper consists of six chapters.Chapter One explains the factors which influences the oral language and its teaching in the historical and realistic aspects.Chapter Two studies the significance of the oral language and the oral communication.Chapter Three analyses some factors which influence the training of...
