With the expansion of enrollments in colleges and universities, teaching quality problems have become an increasing concern in various sectors of society. Among so many factors, which affect the quality of teaching in colleges and universities, the quality of teaching in classroom is the important one. In the classroom, there is no doubt that teaching behavior is the important aspect that affects teaching quality in the classroom. At present, to a large extent, domestic scholars have conducted many researches on teachers' teaching behavior, which enrich teaching theory and broaden the fields of this research. However, their researches lack the practical inspection of teaching behavior in the classroom of colleges or universities. Therefore, it is necessary to research on this theme. In this paper, a fundamental question that concerned is: the excellent teachers in colleges and universities take which teaching behaviors conduct effective teaching? Which areas can find their most successful teaching?This study takes qualitative research methods to observe three outstanding teachers (Teacher W, Teacher M, and Teacher Q) in the classroom for a long time, based on domestic and foreign results which have been made. This Paper describes teaching behaviors of the three teachers that they have used in the form of case studies, in order to seize the most successful points of each one. During the research, to Teacher W, this paper tries attempt from the systematic teaching, share information about academic conferences with students ,guide students to reflect his teacher authority; to Teacher M, it describes his rigorous teaching attitude, harmonious relationship between teachers and students, care of education to reflect the importance of education; To teacher Q, it shows how to organize panel discussion, communicate teaching and learning results, guide students to reflect the diversity of her teaching. Besides that, this paper also describes their insights and experience in teaching in the expectation of inspiring teachers to improve teaching behaviors to some extent.On the basis of deep analysis of materials, this study shows that the validity of classroom teaching behavior of outstanding teachers in university depends on the suitability of specific teaching objectives, the students' and teachers' own qualities, and so on. This study also discusses some common characteristics of outstanding teachers in colleges and universities, having good professional knowledge, love for teaching, harmonious relationship between teachers and students, guide for learning theories. In the end, this paper analyzes the limitations of this study and the idea of further study.
