Study On The Cause Analysis, Precaution And Regulation, And Countermeasures Of Criminal Offences From Ningxia College And University Students

Through the investigation, induction and summary of 10 college and university students' illegal and criminal offences from Ningxia higher institutions ( five colleges and universities) and three higher vocational colleges), including four types of crimes such as property ,sex, violence and computer network, the five features of criminal offences from the college and university students were clarified concerning crime eruption ,gang crime, time regularity and the girl university students' illegal and criminal offences trends. On the other hand, the underlying and psychological causes of the college students' criminal offences were analyzed from the economic and social sources, the distinctive ideology, the national geopolitical considerations, the higher educational system transformations and family backgrounds. Finally, seven solutions to the illegal and criminal offence problems were taken into consideration based on the cultivating college students' psychological quality, establishing social joint effort system, emphasizing teaching links, bringing the Party and league organizations into full play, strengthening college management, realizing corporate management from the social departments and solving financial problems from poor students , in the hope that the role will be played in cultivating college students' better characters, healthy psychology quality to prevent and reduce their illegal and criminal offences from china's , especially from Ningxia'shigher institutions .
