Study On The Prevention Against University Students' Delinquencies Under The Education In Ideology And Politics Field Of Vision

University students who shoulder the great responsibility to develop the modernization of our motherland in the future are talent resources of great price .In other words, they are the hope of our nation so the condition of their thoughts and behaviors are very important to the nation's future. With the continuous progress of reforming and opening to the outside world in our country, the higher education gains mushroom growth, and significant changes take place in China's society. Accordingly, there are also certain changes in university students'thoughts and behaviors. In this transition period, the mainstream of university students'moral quality is positive and healthy, and the vast majority of students are ambitious, ethical and disciplined. But due to the influence of unhealthy culture factors from our society, family and university increasing number of university students take part in the illegal criminal activities. What's worse, some delinquencies have become mass disturbances which damage the social stabilization , and have been regarded as a social problem which hinder the development of university. It is necessary to do research on the recent education system of universities and on the psychology of the university students in order to help them grow healthily. However, it is more important to study deeply on their illegal criminal activities and then to build effective prevention system. In recent years, some scholars have done in-deep research on how to prevent students from illegal criminal activities and try to find preventive measures from every subject referring to law, psychology, sociology and so on. The foreign scholars mainly deduce the reasons of university students'delinquencies which in fact ignore the distinctiveness. While interiorly the scholars do their research on university students'delinquencies from various angle. But because the keynote of most researches are short of enough new ideas similarly and the results are lack of operability which can't provide the administrative authorities with effective basis. What's more , there are increasing number of new features of university students'delinquencies nowadays such as spread of network crime, disquieting rate of property torts crime, so it is necessary to expand the research on university students'delinquencies in order to meet the turn of events. Due to the condition that there are not enough relational studies to conduct the practices, it is in sore need to research on preventing university students from illegal criminal activities and to perfect Education in Ideology and Politics of universities.Initially, this article analyzes the current situation of undergraduates'delinquencies. Select the studying object by demarcating the range of the illegal behavior of undergraduate and the crime of undergraduate. Then, by the ways of analyzing the current situation of undergraduates'delinquencies, conclude the characteristics of undergraduates'delinquencies. There is distinctly trend that the quantities of undergraduates'delinquencies are raising. The trend presents those two features: the expansion of crime area and the wide-spread influence. Thus far, undergraduates'delinquencies have become one of the principal factor that break the social harmony. All the societies were shocked when the case of Ma Jiajue was exposed to the world. No one would imagine a undergraduate, who study in a university and is always considered as the God's favored person, had committed such brutal killing. However, the fact is the increasing of crimes had become the main characteristic of undergraduates'delinquencies. Besides, the types of undergraduates'delinquencies are mainly concentrating in those crimes: harming the public security, damaging the order of the market economy, encroaching on citizen's personal right, infringing upon other's property, violating social management order and so on. Among those crimes, infringing upon other's property is the principle crime. And especially in the female undergraduates'delinquencies, crimes relating to property count for 50 percents in all. Meanwhile, undergraduates'delinquencies present others characteristics: joint criminal enterprise, socialization tendency and regularity in the time of crime-committing.On the other hand, this article tries to find out the main cause for undergraduates'delinquencies. As long as we had concluded the main cause for undergraduates'delinquencies, would we stifled the undergraduates'delinquencies in the cradle. As a result, this paper starts from objective social cause, lucubrates in the following influence: deficiency of modern social management mechanism, negative effects of market economy, harmful internet culture and western political thoughts. By this means, attempting to figure out the social background harmful factors which obstruct the undergraduates from grow in health and induce them to commit crime. Thereafter, this paper begins with undergraduates'themselves, goes into those following influence for their misconduct: deviation of undergraduates'world view, life view, value view, and immaturity in their psychological development and low in awareness of law. To be followed, deliberating in undergraduates'pre-education before they start university learning. Find out the deficiency in moral education in their earlier learning, which sow the seeds of undergraduates'delinquencies. At last, basing on the current situation of university management, review the deficiency and insufficient in university's management and education.Moreover, demonstration ideological political education is validity on preventing university students from breaking the law and committing crimes. First, elaborate the intension of the ideological political educational prevention illegal criminal validity of university student. Follow accessory crime studied angle is analyzed the basic principle of criminal prevention, the self who reaches the key of criminal prevention to lie in educational object individual perfects , include the aspect sound development such as its ideological extent reached, morals mastery, cultural level as well as physiological and psychological quality, and strengthen personal self controls ability, agree and comply with the norm of social value and social standard. Leave finally from the angle of ideological political educational function, expounds and proves the basically principle purpose of criminal prevention and the function of ideological political education to match.Finally, study on the specific measure to prevention university students from delinquencies under the Education in Ideology and Politics field of vision. In the previous chapter , I have demonstrated adequately that Education in Ideology and Politics can prevent university students from delinquencies effectively. So in this part , I plan to take specific measures from the environment , content and method of Education in Ideology and Politics to achieve the aim. I believe that good environment have function to strengthen students'ideology and moral character, to guide their behaviour and influent students'development, so to optimize the environment of Education in Ideology and Politics in university is the main way to prevent students from delinquencies. In fact, there are some problems existing in current Education in Ideology and Politics which delay the achievement of its function, such as obsolete content , outdated method and so on. First of all, in allusion to the deficiencies of legal education, mental health education, moral Education of the internet and sex education, I propose some effective measures to perfect the content of Education in Ideology and Politics. What's more, it is equally important to develop the method of education in Ideology and Politics. So I prefer to improve the traditional education method and create the method new. In all, I plan to eliminate every obstacle which delays the achievement of the educational function with the purpose of enhancing the effectiveness of Education in Ideology and Politics in preventing university students'delinquencies. Certainly, to implement these specific measures, and reach the ideal effect in preventing university students'delinquencies, the university have to introduce more high-quality teachers to develop the Education in Ideology and Politics.
