Research On A Prevention Mechanism Of College Students' Criminal Offences

Nowadays education is promoting social progress and playing an increasingly important role: College students are shouldering the motherland's modernization construction of the future mission and they are the pillars of society, therefore the quality of personnel training requirements issues of social concern. But in recent years groups of university students in the criminal very prominent phenomenon have become unavoidable social problems. How to prevent and contain the criminal have become a community-college students, school, and family issues of common interest.There are following features on contemporary college students'criminal offenses ,such as rapid growth in crimes, diversity of offenders, concentration of criminal charges involving crimes and special features presented in criminal offenses. Students'crimes have a lot of deep social roots, specifically including the following four parts, reasons of students themselves, social influences,school factors and family reasons.It is a systematic project to construct a prevention mechanism on College Students'criminal offences. Firstly we should consider strengthening the ideological and political education of college students as a basic approach, reform the educational system, improve educational methods, enrich educational contents, and develop students'ideological and political qualities.At the part of social environment, we should develop socialist market economy, strengthen the legal system, and purify the social environment. In the school stratification, we should have to strengthen the campus management, and enhance education in respect for the law and education in psychological health in college. In family aspect, then requests us to carry forward the new prevailing custom in each family, to found fine home environment, to improve family educational methods, to reinforce the education on patriarch guardian moral.Only on this basis, could we carry out the organic integration of one achieve and three systems; could we cultivate college students into energetic and promising high-quality talents with lofty ideals and firm convictions, who are demanded in Socialistic Constructions with Chinese characteristics.
